I have leased or bought at least 5 vehicles from Don Valley North Lexus in the past 20 years or so. I have always been treated well by them. I always felt the sales team had my best interests in mind and the service department has been extraordinary.

I bought two cars from DVN and I have been going their to serve my cars. I am very impressed by their excellent customer service from the receiving team to meeting with the assigned Technical Advisor. Services are always timely and my assigned technical advisor Mr Ching Lai is very helpful and he would explain all the needed services to me and got them fixed in a timely manner. If the wait was too long he would even arrange Uber Rides for me. That’s very thoughtful of Mr Ching Lai.
