Bunch of con men I own a Nissan Rouge 2014 model with runflat tires. Last year, I had a nail puncture my runflat tire and I immediatley drove it to the dealership to get it fixed. I must have driven only 5 KMs after I ran over the nail. Upon reaching, they told me that the nail has punctured too far and that I need to buy a new tire since this one is a gonner. Thank you for your feedback. All comments are welcome. As to your experience with the Run Flat tires. They are intended to run without air for a limited amount of kilometers and at speeds under 80 kmph. The manufacturer does not recommend repairing them as they cannot guarantee the integrity of the tire after it has been run flat. It is always our intention to recommend the proper repair to our customers. Safety 1st.
Sales staff are great - Service is not so great. I bought a 2014 Nissan Versa Note. Had a few minor issues which they took care of but not until I insisted there was a problem and after they wasted my time in my 4 separate visits to them. Each time I presented a concern/problem - service report came back as "No Fault Found" and I was sent on my way with not even an explanation. Waste of Time I inquired about a 2014 model earlier today, and was told there was one left, and if I were to drop by I could purchase it upon review. As I live about 45mins from Burlington, I called before I left, asked if the car was still available, and upon being told it was, I went to check it out. There was nobody in the showroom when I got in, someone (who I later found out was the manager) was sitting in his office, playing a game on his phone, and finally someone came out to help.
