Very good The place is clean and the people are friendly and the service is fast, most specially to dean for accommodating my appointment even for short notice and for jay for explaining the details of all the work done.

Amazing experience Matt was fantastic. There was no pressure and he was very knowledgable and informative. It was nice that he let us test drive on our own and utilize a loaner car when he knew we didn't have one.
Trustworthy and great service Just had a great experience with Burlington Nissan used car sales. Although I didn't end up buying the vehicle I liked because of my kids not being satisfied, the level of service throughout was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service I went in to get a part for my roof rack that had fallen off. John in the parts dept. was very helpful. I then got an oil change in the express lane- there was no lineup. I waited in the waiting area that is fully equipped with tea/coffee magazines and a big tv. I had prompt service and to my surprise Nissan had given my car a wash ; which was much needed. Made deal easy and straightforward. I made an appointment and was greater in friendly manner. Vehicle was warm and ready to test drive. Very little hassle or pressure during negotiations. Leant me a car while they moved tired from old truck to new one.

Oil change, getting car ready fo Florida, detailing Service was great as usual. I brought the car in for an oil change and asked to have my tires rotated but they told me they were good for the trip. I had just purchased the tires in the summer but thought they should be changed but was pleased to be told it wasn't necessary
