Very poor service experience Impolite service staff. Lack of commitment. Advisors working there for too long and developed poor attitude. Improper pricing. E.g. For a straight oil change, they try to push the highest service. Everytime I call them for service, I end up going to Oakville Nissan. Oakville has much courteous service staff.
Dissapointed My wife and I walked in this Saturday afternoon as we are in the market for a new SUV. I was surprised with the place being quiet that nobody came to ask if we needed help or had any questions. I even opened a few trunks, stalling to see if someone would come over. We walked out and are on our way to a competitor to look at options. I will go to another Nissan next weekend.
2018 Nissan Leaf Lost Order I order my 2018 Nissan Leaf on May 6th, give my $1,000 deposit. Told car would be in 3rd or 4th week of July. I call in June 19th just to inquire if maybe a delivery date has been given. Response from the sales lady is "oh your responding to my phone call from last night? Told her i got no call (checked voice mail to verify). She says 2018 Leaf production has ended, factory being retooled for 2019 version and to expect a December delivery. My disappointment from Burlington Nissan dealership My disappointments whit Burlington Nissan I bout new 2018 Nissan lief and it worked fine only for tree days . Service EV system warning shows on the dashboard and vehicle was not derivable . I get it tole to Nissan Burlington dealership. No service, what is the purpose of the online booking system Confirmation Code: X0555EP4E1 I am unable to provide a rating as I did not receive any service. I took time off work to drive from Etobicoke, Ontario to Oakville so that I could accompany my elderly parents to the Burlington dealership as it would be their first visit. Bad services!!! Don' t waste your time to go there! bad services ever!! Nobody there really care about customers problem! Only thing they could do for me was keep telling me that your car was perfect. ( my car was leaking out large amount of oil, I even have pic to proof)

Scammers DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! Very bad experiences from sales to service!! They are in it for money not to sell great cars. Their service people are dishonest and give you a long laundry list to pad their service quotes and they even misquote the prices. These guys are thieves!!
