Amazing customer service Nissan makes decent cars, but customer service sucks in most dealerships, including head office if you have an issue. Any one would be nice so that they can sell a car, and one sales man at Burlington Nissan doesn't fall under that category either. Quick oil change. I came at a good time! It was a quick visit and the staff we friendly. I like the comfortable waiting area with beverages offered and television. There is a good vibe amongst the staff.
Friendly and efficient I have purchased several vehicles from this dealer. As a result I know the salesman from previous dealings. The transaction was smooth as silk. I made what I thought was a reasonable offer, the salesman spoke to the Sales Manger and we agreed on the price. Total lapse time 6 minutes. The cost of the 2017 Pathfinder was fair as was the trade-in amount for my 2015 Pathfinder. I have no reservations around recommending the dealership or the staff. Kent Laidlaw
Tire Pressure Warning Brought in our Rogue to have the warning light looked at and was resolved within minutes. Didn't even have time to finish my coffee before I was out. Bravo
Warranty work Took my Nissan rogue In to have some warranty work done, Burlington Nissan finished with in the timeframe they said it would be fixed. It’s always a nice clean friendly environment. Would recommend Nissan to everyone.

very polite and willing to listen to my concerns the staff there always makes me feel welcome and listened to. the waiting area is a comfortable and welcoming area. I always leave there feeling satisfied.
They are a great place to get service It is easy as they are very fair in their diagnosis and do not do things that do not need to be done. The prices are fair for what I get as well
