2018 Nissan Qashqai Great overall experience at Burlington Nissan. . I felt comfortable making my new car purchase. I got everything I asked for with no "sales pressure" from anyone. When I came to finalize the price I was surprised to find out the colour that I wanted came available. This dealership is out of my way but it was recommended by a friend. I would recommend them to friends and family.
As usual fantastic service, always trying to the best for th I have been dealing with Burlington Nissan and in particular Gary Lucas for my last 8 vehicles. Gary always takes into consideration his clients needs and wants and works hard to get them into their choice vehicle. The last deal took minutes to accomplish my wants. Everyone I encountered at Burlington Nissan is friendly and even if you are not their client, they will assist to the best of their abilities.
Helpful, Friendly, Knowledgeble Melanie and Chris were great in making my buying a new car easy and quick. They answered all my questions and provided me with the information I needed. While the third party who do the clear coating didn’t do the best job - they pointed out to me as soon as I picked up the car and were quick to remedy the situation

2018 Nissan Rogue Excellent customer service from Steven Hay and the Burlington Nissan team. This is the second Nissan we purchased from Steven Hay and he did a excellent job explaining all the safety features on our 2018 Rogue.
Too service in a friendly environment This dealership is a very well run business. They have it all together. Ease of booking appointments either by phone or online. Check in is quick. Service staff gets to know their clientele. The waiting lounge is comfortable with fresh coffee and cookies. Keep it up Burlington Nissan, you have it all figured out.

Prompt & Courteous I arrived at the dealership without an appointment with a soft tire and was promptly looked after by a very courteous service rep. My problem was resolved and everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous.
