Professional Staff are very personable & make you feel valued & respected as a customer. They make your visit enjoyable no matter what. I was particularly impressed when Armanda (hope I got the right name) was processing my bill questioned the charge billed for replacing a damaged tire & told me that my extended warranty covered the charge. I had forgotten that I had this warranty & was really pleased that she caught this detail which saved me $272.
Visit to Burlington Nissan This was our 1st time leasing a vehicle and decided to go with a Nissan after test driving similar sized vehicles. We felt welcomed as soon as we entered Burlington Nissan & the salesperson (very polite & courteous) quickly answered any questions we had. We leased a Nissan Qashqai, which we are thoroughly pleaded with and look forward to working with Burlington Nissan again.
