Number 1 I dropped by to visit and was told that I had not scheduled a service on my new vehicle, a Nissan Quashi. I was asked whether I wanted the vehicle serviced immediately while I was there and it was done. The vehicle was delivered to me in a reasonable amount of time serviced and washed!! I love the staff!!
Fast and friendly Love Burlington Nissan. They are always friendly and efficient. An offer of a shuttle or a cup of coffee, tea water cookies, although a small thing, just shows their attention to detail. They even have a little table and chairs with crayons an colouring books to keep the kids busy😍 Staff are extremely knowledgeable from service to sales to paying your invoice.

Excellent Service Easy booking. Arrived was checked in in 5 mins. Was given a ride home almost immediately. Got a call 20mins later that some brake work was required. A few hours later was picked up and got my car all cleaned and ready. I have been using this dealership for over 20 years always friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Steve Hay provided great info, answered our questions Steve Hay had great product knowledge. We cancelled our initial sales agreement and got a full refund of our deposit. Subsequently we reactivated our deal and took delivery of our new Murano. Fantastic customer service on the part of Burlington Nissan.
