Scheduled Maintenance The service department at Burlington Nissan are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and treat their customers with the upmost respect. Frank was my service advisor on this occasion and he is great to deal with. He keeps you informed and provides status updates on the progress they are making to complete the maintenance required on your vehicle.

Customer Service in the service departtment is excellent. The reason for my rating is because of the excellent service that is done by all the service people on my vehicle. Everything is explained thoroughly.. Reminders are sent to let you know what serving needs to be done on your vehicle. The staff is courteous and efficient.
