Lease of new vehicle I had a great experience leasing a new vehicle through this dealership. The sales person and the business manager were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
Feels welcome I had some issues in my last service carried out here but reporting those to the dealer they contacted immediately to get things solved and reassured their integrity in carrying out service and makes my concerns really addressed good

excellent customer service Brought my 2017 Pathfinder for a recall service did not need it but the service people remounted a tire did a thorough check and replaced my key fob battery all for a total of 9 bucks I was pleasantly surprised and will be taking my vehicle to Burlington Nissan for service without hesitation..
Service Department Takes Good Care of their Clients! While driving one of the first snow storms of 2019 over the weekend, my Pathfinder decided that was the day to start giving me problems. First thing Monday morning, I brought my vehicle in and without an appointment they took me in and had my vehicle assessed and fixed and had me on my way mid afternoon. The service was efficient and friendly! I arrived at my appointment on time and was out in the predicted amount of time as well. The service advisor, Frank Pagliaro, was very friendly and explained where to leave the car, where to wait and later informed me that the car had also been washed. I had driven an old Murano for many years so being at a dealership for service on a new vehicle was a little foreign to me. Replace door defective door handle under warranty Once all the correct parts were obtained the replacement work was performed quickly and was well done. Service personnel are on top of their game. Very professional.
