Outstanding service (from what I can tell). My only constructive criticism would be filling out the multi-point inspection page and ensuring all oils are topped up. I assume that it was done and nothing was of concern, but it would make me feel more comfortable and confident, especially with my older Infiniti vehicle that it is getting the best service and care. Dealership is nice, clean and organized. Staff don’t attack, very helpful, and once it came to making a deal, they got right to the point, came back from manager with exactly what I wanted.
Friendly and very prompt service! I would definitely recommend this dealership for a purchase, lease or service for your Nissan. I had a very difficult issue to determine what it was and they came through for me.
This is the second vehicle we bought from this dealership. Sales staff very friendly and we feel that we received a fair deal without any pressure. And of course knowing that we have received excellent service for our vehicle in the past made it a no brainer to buy from them again. Also the taking delivery portion was very smooth and they were agreeable to our time schedule.
The purchase was a very professional and outstanding experience. I would again purchase a car from this dealership.
