Poor Experience I bought Toyota Matrix 09 from North West Toyota in 2012 and there was problem in engine Oil consumption. Toyota Canada sent the letter and advised to go to the dealer. I went to this dealer for engine oil consumption checkup two times and this dealer on both occasions said everything is good and one day all of sudden, the engine busted on highway No action has been taken by this dealer and Toyota Canada. Please make sure your safety. I was lucky to survive on hIgihway
Please avoid this dealership PLEASE AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP , I went to this dealership on Oct 16th to lease Toyota Camry and these sales people are full of xxxxx( Mohammad Omar Farooq). They took my $500 deposit and when i asked me the refund Mr Farooq walked away with an arrogant attitude. Too Little Too Late Updated from July 8th: Went to have brakes checked as we were pressing on it too much before it engages while driving and was advised to have rear pads and rotors replaced. When I picked up, the amount charged was different from discussed over the phone. They said it was because of tax but I specifically asked that it included tax over the phone as I even checked my credit card to make sure I have enough. Customer Service Experience On 3 July,2018, I happened to go to Northwest Toyota Brampton dealership to see used Lexus 2015, which was through some reference. I was sent to sales person David Oommen. Worst experience It was my first experience with North west Toyota dealership and I still rue the day I chose to visit them for the service of my RAV4. The lady at the service counter foxed me with the service issues and since I am a new immigrant, I trusted her blindly. Worst experience This is my 1st experience .... I called in around 10 days back to book my recall service and I was given couple of Saturday's to choose from and I chose one of the Saturday's as the day .... service lady took all my details and everything looked great .... but it was the beginning of the worst experience. poor sale team We brought a RAV4 2017 from this location last week, our bad luck we was trap by the sales staff Aman Sheikh , this guy has no sales manners and ethics ,he was giving us all the maximum falls promise and keep on changing vehicle’s details and colors time to time finely we was forced to purchased a unsatisfied color and even account department are bunch of …… guys, my advice is not to visit this dealer are even don’t visit their website, just bunch of unprofessional people.
service I took car my service on November 18. Raymond did not return the car as he promised and work was not properly and overcharged me. When I questioned, he said he will adjust on next visit. He kept on lying for each and everything. He wasn't transparent. I suggest avoid this dealership for service.
