Excellent dealership i have bought 4 new cars from this dealership in the last few years. I have always been taken great care of by Deborah Roberts. I have recommended to my friends when buying a car to see her and she looks after them well and makes them very very comfortable and is quite helpful. Great Service I have used the Northwest Toyota service department for almost all of the servicing on my car. Appointments can be booked with one or two days notice. When I enter the service desk area the people in attendance are helpful and friendly. They are also very professional. I have never had a problem with the servicing that has been done on my car. I didn't had very high expectations with this dealership when I entered the showroom as I saw the sales person are walking around or gossiping with each other on their desks. However, some of them were definitely busy with customers. I initially had to wait for a while to meet the sales rep with whom I made the appointment, but then he handed me over to another sales rep (Manmohan Gill) as he was busy with another customer and I was running out of time. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! Bought a $25,000 certified used vehicle from here and the brakes starting squeeking the first day. Our salesman Arvinder Pal was not at all helpful and basically told us it’s our problem! How do you sell a $25,000 certified used vehicle with brakes that are shot? New vehicle purchase check the facts Purchased a new vehicle. Bad experience, Lied to outright by sales person. Ended paying for something after being told included in the package, adding several hundreds of dollars to final balance. Naturally sales guy denied ever saying what he promised. In the end it is all about making the sale. Advise check and double check before signing any agreement with these guys.
