I have bought 2 rav4 from northwest Toyota. My experience with my second rav4 is worst at best as far as service department goes. There service department is not equipped to deal with technical issues. I have been trying to fix a weird sound in my car and technician told me that since same sound is coming from a different car ... hence it is normal (:
My last for car service was bad My last car service with them was bad, the services they suppose to do it on my car they didn't do, the one I was promised from them. My car's screen is shutting off by itself its not even one year from my car yet that I bought, I asked them to fix it they said NO. because its over 60.000 KM they don't do it. I had this problem 2 months after I bought the car from them. My next car I will not buy it from them for sure.
Service has become AWFUL! I have used NWT for service for about 3-4 years. Their service department is now TERRIBLE. I went in for a Maintenance Service #1, which is basically a $200 visual inspection. When I got home, I noticed that they didn't attach the checklist of what was performed. BAD Service Department and BAD Post Sale commitment. Difference between pre sales and post sales is Huge. Post sales, if there are issues with vehicle. Service department will not return your calls. you have to physically go to the dealership and speak to a service department. Incase you require multiple visits. it is up to you to followup. NorthWest guys wont call you.
They don't call back I was having questions about the warranty extension program. It's not a recall, but they would fix the problems only if you have problems. The letter was vague about what the "problem" is. When you ask people working here. They just ask you if you feel there is a problem. I was not sure if my problems have to do with the brake booster. Deteriorated services/Befooling Customers Now they are trying to take out as much money as possible without providing matching service, not fixing the problems requested to fix, not have good service advisers or may be mechanics, be-fooling customers saying that they offering 15% and they add up (5% on parts +5% on labour+5% other product= 15%), How imaging paying only 5% saying 15%. Overall experience, not good Buying the car was ok. Two week later, had a minor issue, nobody had the time to even look into my issue. Poor service overall
The warranty guy wouldn't call back. I've been coming here for several years. Their actual work is good, sometimes it takes longer but the waiting room is comfortable and they offer free shuttle service. However, I have not been able to get an appointment lately. Very bad service Bought RAV4 xle last year and have got issues with the fuel gauge.Very slow and no response sometimes. I hate to go to this place!!! Wont recommend to anyone at all. Very bad responses from the service department!!
