New Vehicle Purchase I liked the dealership the minute I walked in. Friendly, helpful staff! I was introduced to Noel Istephan in Sales who assisted me with my purchase. Noel went out of his way to assist me in locating the car I wanted. We test drove a few and ended up doing a purchase on the same day of our fist visit! so impressed! I contacted Bolton Toyota about a used car they advertised and got an immediate response. I had one question later and by morning my question was answered and was invited down to try the car by Christina. Everything I asked about was not a problem and I was told it all would be taken care of wish it was. I drove my car home today with a thank you gift and a tank full of gas. I am so pleased. Sales staff #1 I've always bin a ford guy. But after some home work I went to go see the Toyota trucks. I was impressed and liked what I saw. So came time to speak to someone about the details and #'s. Best dealership to service your car bar none! I don't write reviews. But this is my second time I feel compelled to write something about this place. Not good not bad I bought a brand new car from Bolton Toyota . It’s been 5 months . Calling them frequently to for remote starter in my car . I already paid for it. But they just tell that they will give a call back. No one is calling back for it. Just mean for finance payment . Not a good customer service . I always get to talk to different persons so they have to re open my file. Still waiting for them to give me a call for my remote starter !
