I had a very pleasant experience with my car, the young fellow who was greeting customers was exceptional. I was seen right away ,and called and texted as soon as my car was ready
Service was prompt and done in a timely manner. We had to travel 7 hours to bring the vehicle in for service and they were very mindful of the fact we had to travel a long way. They got the issue resolved early enough for us to make the drive home the same day.
We were treated with great customer service. From purchase to pick-up communication was always open to us.
Customer service is excellent! On time, reliable, trustworthy, and good value. I always feel sceptical of service places and have had some terrible experiences (ie, sexism, disrespectful and downright rude). Not here! I feel respected and valued as a customer and this is my service/dealership location from now on!
By far the best Toyota dealership in Winnipeg! As a young woman buying my first vehicle, there were a LOT of people out to take advantage of my situation. Birchwood Toyota and their salesman Xavier Smith made the experience comfortable and easy! Worked with me to find the right vehicle for the right price and I walked away very happy! Will be recommending this dealership to many others.

I had never been to Birchwood Toyota before, but my car needed servicing before a long road trip and there was no way I was going to Crown Toyota for more aggravation - so I made an appointment with Birchwood. They are currently under construction, but are doing an excellent job to keep things moving and provide fast and friendly service. My advisor was Hayden Esau who was polite and thorough and had me in and out of there quickly.
