Dependable. I appreciate the reminders for servicing, and for letting me know what I can expect in the current and future servicing. Courteous staff, and a pleasant waiting room while vehicle is serviced. Fairly recently, I receive notifications on my cell phone on how the servicing visit is progressing and when it is complete, which is appreciated. I have dealt with Birchwood Toyota on Portage Avenue for many years, and remain a very satisfied customer.

I bought my Rav4 in 2009 and I've always taken it to Birchwood Toyota in Pointe West for servicing. All the service advisors I've dealt with have been courteous, professional and have given me sound and price conscientious advice. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Luke Santos and Hayden Esau as Service Consultants.
Luke in the service centre is absolutely incredible! He kept me updated on my vehicle throughout the servicing. The technician working on my vehicle provided a video of what the issues were and that he had fixed them. I could not ask for a more detailed, amazing experience than your dealership.
Service always a good experience and good people with Luke Jr, Matt & Fred. As well as a few others over the years! Purchased new in 2017. No regrets!
Sales staff were friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. Ended up being a great vehicle buying experience.
