VERY poor knowledge of the Nissan Leaf....Never to return! I made an appointment for service because of a no heat condition in a 2013 Leaf. 1) Over the phone Sydney asked if I wanted to wait for it? Answer: Sure 2) She made it very clear that service was $139/hour and that there would be no other fees like “shop supplies”. Service Dropped off my car for repair. It's been 2 business days so far and I've called Birchwood Nissan 6 times over these 2 days. Every single time I call the front desk pages the service advisor with no luck. I've left 4 voice messages and not a single person has called me back yet. My car is still sitting there and I'm asking for is a status update as I don't even know when the car is to be completed. Good repair, Lousy length of time I came in at 10 am. I said I would wait for the vehicle. At 1 pm I went to see if the problem had been discovered and fixed and found out the car hadn't even been in the repair shop yet. Kim got on the case and had the problem found and fixed by 3:45 pm. So I was there for almost 6 hours waiting. That is not acceptable. You have done way better than this on my other cars.
Poor experience,overcharged,redickulous estimate. I have dealt with other Birchwood locations before and had great results.I have purchased new and used their service facilities. My truck went in for a computer issue,and the diagnostic revealed new catalytic converters required.The estimate was $4500.00 for both catalytic converters and labour to install at Birchwood Nissan. Friendly but had to chase after them My salesman was good and really easy to deal with , finance guy Was alright, but there was just a lack of caring about what needed to be done and me having to chase after them when I was told not to worry . Had to chase after them for every detail of my purchase agreement.
very poor sales experience Vehicle was priced at 29998 asked up front if there was room to negotiate. They advised yes. Made an offer of 27000. We were advised because not being financed they add 1000 to the price. They said the best they could do was 30000. My husband said best we were prepared to pay 28000. They don't stand behind there work Had a part replaced on my car and within a few months was having the same problem again. They wanted me to pay to have them inspect something that they were supposed to have fix. Very untrustworthy people and over priced on top of it.
