Clinton was very rude and unprofessional. I had questions in which he laughed at. I would NOT recommend dealing with him or this "stealership".
Bought a Infiniti from used car manager Nick at birchwood nissan, vehicle had 14,000 km immaculate condition.. The problem being there was no block heater on the vehicle, they tell us to spend $695 plus tax to put a block heater in. This is pure xxxxxxxx in Manitoba where we get to minus 40. You have to have a vehicle with a block heater, and a car should not be sold without one, very poor response to our complaint, not satisfactory and will never buy a car from any birchwood dealership, for more details call Bill White
REVISED: Dealership made things right! They repaired my issue at no cost and successfully changed my attitude thoroughly. Thanks to Scott and Derek for doing the right thing!!! Unfortunate experience with this dealership. Bought used "Certified Pre-Owned" Rogue and two months off the lot the heater blower froze up. Called salesman (Clinton, very nice guy) and was shoved off to service (Allan), who told me I could bring it in for $150/hr. Poor quality of one of the trim panels on the left and right of vehicle that they refuse to fix because warranty does not cover it and they are trying to gouge me $250 a piece for something that’s the size of my forearm even though it clearly is ether a defect or just straight up poor quality. Very disappointed you think a luxury model would have better quality. Don’t buy Nissan.
For the 3 oil changes i had with them. The same Worst service. You arrive on time and only after 20 minutes before advisers will talk to you, eventhough you are booked. They accomodate customers not booked. They are not organized and unsystematic. For those 3 oil changes i had, it took them 3 hours to wait for them to finish the job. Maybe if i took the free carwash they are offering maybe i will wait for additional 2 hours more. Hope i can sell my car so that i will no longer go to that service center anymore. Not afraid to LIE to make a sale. Be very careful of Birchwood Nissan. They are very quick to make promises that they don’t honour in order to make a sale. We are from outside of Winnipeg and they promised us a free oil change at a location of our choice. When the time came - they side stepped, refused to return phone calls and did not make any effort to honour their word. Also, our car was advertsies at 80,000 and when we got it - it had 82,000.
SO MANY TELEMARKETING CALLS Every week Birchwood Nissan bothers me with telemarketing regarding appointment and leaves call message in my phone. I know about my appointments, due to this problem I am having a bad experience as a consumer nissan, I have asked many times to stop the calls and messages.
Absolutely terrible experience and waste of my time Absolutely terrible service terrible employees and will never go back, they backed out on the deal cause they didnt have it safety and then when it got safetyed they said no deal, after we already put a deposit on it!
