Great service with a great product We had looked at the Infinity SUV for some time. Birch wood had the vehicle that was exactly what we wanted. They were very resonable and fair about the trade in as well.
somewhat time consuming, but we were treated right They were pleasant enough to deal with, found a couple of minor flaws in the vehicle after the deal was done, but I feel thats on us for not paying enough attention.
Rotating Tires Good service, excellent staff interaction. People were friendly and the work was carried out quickly, efficiently, and accurately. I was asked to return and re torque. I decided to go to a closer dealership, McPhillips Nissan, to have this done. great to deal with! I had been looking for a new vehicle and was undecided between nissan and another brand. Although I ended up going with another brand, i found that my experience at Birchwood was the best out of all the dealers I had visited from the moment i walked in the door. Dealing with Robert was great and I would not hesitate to recommend people to go see him if they are looking for any type of vehicle in the Birchwood group.

I purchased a vehicle from Birchwood Nissan along with a 4-year coverage warranty. Before agreeing to the warranty, I specifically asked the sales manager what would happen if I sold the vehicle during the coverage period. I was told I would have two options: either transfer the remaining warranty to the new owner or request a refund for the unused portion.
