We have purchased 2 Lexus’ from Birchwood. All service has been dealer done. Jermey Drul has been our Service Advisor for years. He always goes beyond expectations to meet our needs. Jeremy is very personal & friendly. His knowledge is exceptional. All staff in the dealership is friendly & accommodating. It is for these reasons we are considering purchasing a new Lexus. Would not go anywhere else. Jeremy is definitely an asset to the dealership.

JZ has been nothing short of amazing. He makes every effort to show to the customer that he care, which makes the transaction feel more personal than just business. The rest of the staff were awesome too. It would have been 6 stars if they have a cafe where customers can lounge while waiting.
