Great Service Experience From the time you are greeted until the time you leave, I have always been treated with a high degree of family friendliness and professionalism. Lexus I just wanted to say that Darryl Tuck and Tom Strange were both very professional and knowledgeable about the product that I purchased. Positive purchasing experience From the time we entered the showroom, everyone was friendly and offered to help us. The follow through of available vehicles was thorough and we appreciated knowing what our options were for purchase.
Service I assume that all Lexus products, and Toyota products, are made well. I think it is difficult to buy a poorly made vehicle today. I have never had a bad experience with these brands. When there is a light or a noise this dealership consistently inspects and provides an estimate. Great Service at Birchwood Lexus Darryl is a integral part of making each service visit pleasant. He cares about the customer and exceeds my expectation consistently. He works very hard at keeping the relationship very strong.
Needed a tire fixed not able to do it , then needed a oil change . Not able to. Not the best service
They don't know the meaning of loyalty. They have no comprehension of how to treat customers. Made an appointment, and when I showed at the correct time, the sales person didn't have time for me because he was dealing with another customer. The point of the appointment was...... Then had the audacity to make an insulting offer on a trade in. I WAS a loyal customer, too bad they don't meaning of the word.
