The service is very punctual which is important to me. I work on the opposite side of town and a loaner car for the day is also important and getting a car for the day was appreciated. The staff are extremely friendly and efficient and the updates they send make the service experience seamless. They didn't have to call me and I didn't have to try getting someone on the phone to answer simple questions using their text updates. Loved it!

All around exceptional customer service from beginning to end. Keep you up to date on the status of where they are on servicing your car and what they are doing, explain everything in detail, very friendly and courteous. The valet service is a bonus when at work, making it convenient and the adding the chocolates at the end of the service is a nice touch to show their appreciation of using their services. Highly recommend.
