I had an excellent experience with Apple wood Nissan . Sam and Eric was very friendly and showed exceptional customer service . Actually I came to Honda showroom to check for the cars and on my way back I just stop by Nissan to do window shopping but Sam and Eric offer me a good deal to purchase a car on the same day which I was very impressed and happy to go with . Went for the trade up event I never agreed to buy anything and they never told me they'll do a credit check. I got an alert on my phone the next day saying my credit score had dropped from excellent to very good. My score dropped over 100 points. I've always had excellent experiences with their service centre which I've been going to for over 16 years. Wish I could say the same about the dealership.
Great customer Service by Chris I stopped by the AutoMall to look at a few different cars, my last stop by Nissan. I was greeted by Chris Allen, he was so nice to deal with. No pressure at all, knew the car in and out. within an hour or so I was leaving with a brand new Rogue. So happy I ran into Chris and Applewood Nissan. They are the best I've dealt with. excellent service with a smile I would give Applewood Nissan Richmond a mark of excellent due to the expertise and attitude of the entire team. Maria immediately recognized the symptoms I was describing and involved her Supervisor. The problem I was having was the result of a faulty transmission. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Applewood Nissan Surrey following my vehicle purchase in December. As part of the transaction, I traded in my previous vehicle. It has now been over two months, and I still have not received the cable/accessory that belonged to my previous vehicle. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails, the issue remains unresolved. I put down a $1,000 deposit on a vehicle that the dealership told me was available — only to later find out that the car had already been sold to someone else. Despite taking my money, there was no car associated with my deposit, and the communication and follow-up were extremely poor. The customer service was unhelpful and did not take accountability for the mistake. ⚠️ Bait and switch tactics – avoid this place ⚠️ They first quoted me a $22K trade-in and $230 monthly payments, then suddenly dropped the trade to $19K and raised payments to $430, blaming “mistakes” and “system errors.” Completely dishonest and misleading.
Put a deposit on a car back in January 2022, was never contacted in terms of pricing when released, future allocations and was never allocated a car. These were preordered vehicles and i had to contact nissan canada if my order was in the system. Every time i tried contacting the dealership i was ignored and had to contact the GM to get an answer. I had a very bad experience with this dealership when they missed a fundamental issue on a pre-purchase inspection on a car I was buying from another dealership. I took no responsibility and would not even give me back my money for the inspection. I’ve had the issue repaired for $2000. Very bad faith from these people, I do not recommend this dealership.
