Will never go back to this dealership. Wanted to pay cash for a used car for asking price and was denied. They would only sell the car if we financed a portion or bought their service agreement. Ask this question before you waste your time. Went to Langley Hyundai and bought a used car no strings attached, excellent service all around.
Not very pleased with the poor service that I received when I had an issue with a tire problelm....it has been over one month...lots of promisess...no resolution...and we are talking about $42 dollar issue...If it were a large amount, I am sure the problem would go on forever...they do not treat the customer with the care...they talk about on the radio ads.....Sir William
I want to file a complaint against Nissan Richmond at 13220 Smallwood Place. I bought Nissan Kicks which was a demo vehicle. Price on the website including taxes and fees is around $28k whereas they charge me $31103 saying that we overcharge from the total MSRP. Secondly the sales agent Sahil Rana told me that as this is a demo vehicle, he will reduce $1000 from the final amount as well, he asked me that if I need any value added services, extended warranty, dash cam front and rear and window tint. I had a horrible experience dealing with Pawan and Abbas. They wasted hours of my time for a $200 discount on a $25k vehicle. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealership.
Horrible Experience Terrible.... Typical car salesmen at this location. I had issues with my car and the glitches it has with it. They took my car for 5 hours claiming the issues have been fixed. When i came back, they literally tried to bs their way through it and basically told me they didnt do anything. False Advertising My wife went here on her own, they falsely advertised a vehicle then tried to sell her an older one that had been in an accident for more money.... Woman are not stupid, but they certainly treat them like that!
Extremely poor sales service Been there few days ago. Expected to have a look of the new 2017 Qashqai after received the ad, to see if it‘s worth to trade in my old Nissan. However, there is no such car in the show room. Wanted to ask a sales person for more info, but no one cares about you at all.
