May 18/23 my 2021 Nissan Kicks was in for a routine maintenance check. My advicer Sarah Tran was professional, efficient. Yes my car has Appleplay with an updated iPhone Google maps can be displayed will on my driving screen. Great I need this, can I set it up myself? No problem, if needed she will help me. The Apple Store said my new iPhone was set up and would automatically connect but after numerous attempts no success. The next day I returned to Applewood Nissan and approached Sarah. I bought my Nissan Kicks from Sahil Rana last September, 2022 and am only now getting around to writing this review. It was 12 years since I bought a new vehicle, and Sahil made it a very positive experience. His service and attention are still with me after all this time. We found Applewood Nissan Richmond to be a refreshing change from some competing dealerships that we had dealt with previously.
