This dealership is very hospitable, they staff in the various areas, starting from the receptionist, parts and service they are all great individuals, keep the good work up.

Salesman and service advisors very nice. Showroom a bit small. Somehow I’m receiving promotional and service special from other dealers but not from Alta INFINITI ? Coffee so so 3/5.....

This is a fabulous dealership! In particular, I continue to bring my QX60 (and previouly my Q50) here for service even though there is a much closer Infiniti dealer to my home. From the personal service, to not trying to upsell services, to always providing a loaner vehicle, and the exceptional level of customer service - I will continue to make the drive to this dealer for service. In particular, Rachael R. in service is the best!
