We are on our second new QX 60 that we got from Alta infinity. Both QX 60 are Lemons. When you buy or Lease a Vehicle they are your best friend after you leave the dealership with the Vehicle, they forget who you are. The sales rep. don't even return you calls or emails when you have a problem with your Vehicle. Some times We have to call and get updates on the vehicle to see if it ready for pick up. The customer service we received was atrocious. We were spoken to like children and type casted as though I wasn’t able to afford my purchase. Julie was hesitant to allow me to take test drives and responded to questions in a very condescending manner (ie. I asked what the rate was at a shorter timeframe, to which Julie responded “well that’s going to cost more”. Hard to believe Dear Infiniti Canada, I would like to voice concern over how my family and I were treated at the Alta Inifinti location in Woodbridge, ON. Bad experience I used to be very loyal customer with one G37 and two Q50s mainly because of design, power and warranty coverage. Well, the latter turns out to be fake(. I came to Alta on October 3, 2019 at 5 pm to report missing pin from lower cover plastic box of air filter. I saw it when I changed a filter (I changed air filters on all 3 infinies and consider myself experienced and confident in doing it. Inspection Wanted to let consumers know that I recently was purchasing a used q50s awd hybrid car from a private dealer. The deal was that I get an inspection done. Check over the car thoroughly. They failed to advise about maintenance reminder on the car. They said the car was free from damage. Car has overspray all over the car except for one part of the bumper. Fantastic vehicles but terrible customer service. I bought an Infiniti SUV at ALTA Infiniti, my sales rep was Julie and she gave the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Quite frankly it was no customer service at all. I had to be going around checking the vehicles myself while she stayed in her office and press the remote to open the vehicles. Sold me a car with defective transmission. Very disappointed with Alta. I can write an essay about my negative experience. Took a financial loss by trading my 2014 QX60 less than 3 weeks after purchase for a 2017 Lexus RX350. I felt betrayed and cheated. I'll never invest in an Infiniti again.
Bait and Switch I went to Alta Infiniti to buy snow tires. I called 3 times and got 3 different quotes even though my car is on file with them. I agreed to one quote and after I made the appointment, was told I needed different tires that were not part of the promotion and would cost $400 more. Although I did not plan on buying new rims, they convinced me to buy them saying it would only cost $120 more than putting the snow tires on my existing rims. They think customers are stupid Bought brand new Q70 from Alta. 3 items never worked when I took the car to service. I was told that I need training and then the problems will go away. They refused to correct the items and one of them is a life safety issue.
