The best service!! We picked a brand new QX60. From the moment we walked in service was amazing. It wasn't just to get a sale, because on the day if pick up Jason, our sales specialist was just as helpful and willing to answer all questions. I had. Mercedes before this, and I can vouch that the service here can't be compared. Ron gave me a complete 411 on how to use what the features. Such a helpful step. Again service was great!! As for the vehicle, well All I can say is "I Love it!!"

DISORGANIZED & INEXPERIENCE Purchase a used QX50 on the 2nd Feb this year and still driving around with check engine light, taken the car in for service over 10 times. 1.Purchase the car Friday 2nd February and return Saturday 3rd for missing driver side mat, the sales guy gave me a dirty one lol 2.Woke up 6th Feb to pool of oil on my driveway, took in for repair 3. 8th February leaking oil again, see included photos. What a mess . .. your used car sales manager and his team tried to woefully low ball me on a trade in offer and your sales manager left it to a junior to deliver the news .. I will make sure never to deal with this dealership and will spread the word to my associates that this dealership acts in its own interests and treats its prospective customers without respect. Management not good bad service not going back to buy or tell other people to go there
Gave them my car with only one problem got back 2 . Got so much scratches on my car and seat still not working well.
Maybe mechanics should look at service records before recommending work done. Try and get prices down, very expensive.
You cannot let a customer wait an hour and a half to talk to representative, never experienced this in my life, very unprofessional. Financial department, need to guide customers, and explain what they need regarding paperwork. Unacceptable to send customer to and three times back to the bank and not explaining what they want and how they want it.
