Extremely disappointed with my experience. I was repeatedly contacted about a promotion to reduce my interest rate to 0%, or receive a gas card if that wasn’t possible. I clearly stated multiple times that I did NOT want to change my vehicle — only reduce the interest on my existing loan. At the dealership, I was told my payment would drop by about $200 per month. I switched to Abbotsford Nissan from Go Nissan Edmonton a year and a half ago with a 7-year Nissan contract that includes free oil changes and car washes/vacuums with each visit. However, over the course of three oil changes, they've consistently made excuses about the vacuum being broken and never vacuumed my car. This doesn't make sense over a year and a half. On October 2, 2025, I visited Abbotsford Nissan to buy a 2025 Nissan Versa SV. Before my vist to the dealership, Sales rep. Mr. Abdey assured me there would be no mandatory add-ons. However, after test drive and at the time of finalising the purchase, the sales manager presented me the quote and said it was mandatory to purchase a $3,000 “Fraser Valley Package” and refused to sell the car without it. The dealership staff was very rude and we had a package for free oil change for lifetime, and the staff tried to make me buy more stuff to get the free oil change which I already had.
There service department is terrible I bought a 2024 Nissan pathfinder platinum from them .From lol changes to tire swaps to warranty items. They either tell you a certain date and time and when you get there say it was not that date.Or you get there for your appointment and the technician is not there as he is late.Do not fix what they are supposed to so you have to bring it back etc. Very sad I will not buy another Nissan due to customer service I have received on 6 occasions.
Very disappointed with the service provided by the Service rep - not sure what his name was, but he was very rude and unprofessional. I had nothing but run arounds with him. I book a service for my 2022 QX80 warranty oil change a month ago. When I got to my appointment after 1 month wait, he told me everything was covered and took my information down. The dealer took my Versa for a 10am appointment oil change on Friday. They didn't contact me on Friday to let me know about my car. On Saturday morning, nobody wanted to look in their service department at what happened with my car. They kept/stole my car and I can't get it to use over the weekend!!! Rediculous. Worse service department ever!! Worse customer service ever!! Bunch of incompetent people.

Love my new frontier but the check engine light came on at 6000 kms,I took it to the dealership and they had the nerve to tell me there was no light, I even showed them a pic of it, still didn’t believe me, it came on again today at 7200 kms, I’m gonna try the dealership in chilliwack this week
