Arrived at the busiest time Saturday, but Kulbeer made us feel welcome and important. We talked about what I was looking for, and why. I didn't feel pressured to buy more than I need, or buy features that are not important to me. Compared to the last time I was car shopping it was lovely. Last dealer wanted to show me the grocery hooks and vanity lights in the passenger visor, rather than talk towing capacity! Absolutely astounding, everything from sales to service to management. I implore you, dear reader, do NOT believe all the negative hype and sour reviews. I truly cannot find a reason why anyone would say a single negative word about this dealership or anyone who works there. Been my dealership for years. I've purchased two vehicles from Abbotsford Nissan and have always found them to be great to deal with both on the sales side of things and from the service standpoint as well. They've been great about doing all the little extras I want done and have worked with me on price when/where needed. I find this is a VERY busy location especially in service so they can sometimes seem a little gruff but I think they're just overwhelmed by how busy they are. A pleasant buying experience with no twists or turns I dealt with this dealership over the internet and phone. I asked for the best "out the door" price on a 2015 Nissan Murano. Their price was the best price I found in my search.of the dealerships in BC that had the car in stock that I wanted. I found all staff I met very helpful and friendly.
I had a great experience purchasing a new Rogue. The sales team was great. However, the finance guy tried to strong-arm me into so many add-ons that I almost left the deal. Now onto the service department. I had battery issues since day 1 that they would not do anything about even though the battery failed their own test. Recently my A/C stopped working. Very poor experience with Abbotsford Nissan and specially with the Service Manager Mitch. I would not give any star rating. I left my Nissan Altima for service with no windshield damage. When I picked it up, there was a clear crack. I reported it immediately and even provided photos as requested by them to compare. I have bought two vehicles from this dealer in the past - one in 2021 another in 2023 (which is the subject of the review). Was going to purchase the Nissan Platinum Extended Warranty for our 2023 Nissan Rogue. I called on April 25 to get a quote from the Finance Department regarding the warranty.
