very very disappointing experience to say the least!!!! I had "heard" good things about this dealership so I decided to give them a try on giving me a price on a new Prius. Not a great experience! Very disappointed. Sales managers and the owner are all about maximizing the profit regardless of customer satisfaction. Be careful during the sale process, read your purchase agreement at least twice before signing. Service seems disorganized and lacking good quality mechanics, be ready to take your vehicle in repeatedly for the same problem. New Toyota purchase We recently purchased a new Toyota, there were some problems with the paint. My wife went into the dealership and was told to go deal with Toyota Canada. I went in hoping to have an open discussion with John Hogan the manager and owner. The last thing that I was looking for was a confrontation. He admitted that there could be a problem but his staff were to make the buyer aware of it. HORRIBLE SERVICE. NOT RECOMMENDED The mechanics like to do shortcuts, the customer service is awful and when there's a the manager fails to admit to it or apologize.

My visit to This dealership was a disaster! The sales guy Tom was ok at best but it all went down hill when Kevin the Sales Manager got involved. He was a complete snake, rude with a TON of crappy attitude which was clearly an issue with this dealership as the attitude only got worse with the General manager John Hogan, who has no business dealing with people!.
