Fantastic Car Buying Experience The whole car buying experience at Woodstock Toyota was fantastic from the initial negotiation with Mike Berry to the completion and delivery with Mike Van Nguyen and Jerry Matwey.
Went to just Test Drive, and they had me at “Hello”. We walked through the door and Tanya greeted us with a smiling “Hello”. She guided us through our Test Drive with in-depth knowledge of our vehicle of choice. There was no high pressure salespersonship throughout the whole experience, right down to the negotiation of our purchase price and warranty decisions with Mike.
Amazing customer service Saw 2014 Toyota Matrix online, sent message at 9:00 p.m., immediate phone call confirming test drive next morning at 10:00 a.m. Mike Berry had responded to my message and Mike introduced me to Tanya, Salesperson. Tanya provided excellent service, Mike gave me a great offer, and Mike V finalized the sales contract. This was an amazing, incredible experience. I had been searching for a Vibe or Matrix for two weeks and this was the answer. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I purchased a 2020 Toyota Corolla from Woodstock Toyota in May 2026 as a Toyota Certified Used Vehicle. What followed was one of the most dishonest and frustrating consumer experiences I have ever had. On my initial visit I noticed a tire sidewall defect and pointed it out to my salesman. Ongoing battery drain on my Toyota. Asked service to diagnose it again for the third time and spoke with the manager last night explaining the issue. He suggested to unplug my dealer installed remote starter and see if that was the issue. They called during the service, told me the tech thinks it's the remote starter and needed another hour to diagnose the problem. Service My appointment for a “1-2” hour car wash took 8 hours. No phone call to let me know there was a delay. When I complained to the service manager about the service I was told “you’re welcome to take your vehicle somewhere else” I purchased my vehicle at this dealership and that experience couldn’t have been better.
