Chris and Sharon are very helpful when we told them about the car accident. The turn around was so quick and Chris offered immediately the RAV4 2021 to us. From the initial work up to the delivery of the car Chris was there for us. Chris even volunteered to pick us up from our home to Whitby office.

It will soon be 6 years since the start of my dealings with your dealership, Jan 14, 2016, when I took delivery of my new Corolla. I have always been very satisfied with the sales and service staff whom I found very friendly, yet professional, as well as knowledgeable and efficient. My sales rep was Gary Brown. I don’t see his name on the list. I suspect he could have retired. I was very pleased with him. My last visit on November 16, 2021 was for the change to snow tires.
