The experience for my daughter obtaining her first new car was professional from start to finish. Every person involved was beyond helpful. They took time to explain all aspects. The final delivery was incredible as the delivery team member went over the car with her for about 45 minutes explaining all the functionality of the tech and safety systems. I bought my first Toyota 19 years ago. Recently purchase of a new Highlander is a good experience with younger staff. Communications with text messages , emails and cellphone are efficient. I got my new car in 5 weeks. The introduction of new functions are helpful.
