Well, when I tell u I went to most of the dealerships in Durham, I mean it! ..and not ONE made me feel comfortable or made me feel like I wasn’t getting majorly ripped off, EXCEPT Whitby Toyota. The dealership itself has a calm, friendly vibe. I never felt pressured like I was at the other dealerships. My salesman Ed went above and beyond to make my purchase stress-free.
