Above and Beyond The day I went to pick up my new 2018 Toyota IM we had some problems with the kind of snow tires that were suppose to be on the car. Dave told me to go and have a coffee and he would sort things out. Great service..as usual! Second time around with Gary at Toyota. Expecting to enjoy our 2018 RAV4 as much as we did our 2014 model.. The AWD has been well worth the investment already during our April ice storm.

Great second hand 2015 Corolla! We purchased a second hand 2015 Corolla with just 19,000 kilometres on it. It is a great car. Very stable to drive and comfortable to be in with heated seats and rear view vide. The sales representative, Rashid, was a delight to work with, very professional and thorough, as were the sales manager and staff. Stressless I am a senior who has never enjoyed the car purchase experience. Recently I decided to replace my terrific 2004 Camry and contacted a number of dealers to help me do that. They all made competitive offers, but in all but one case I felt hustled and hurried. Gary Brown at Whitby Toyota was calm, patient, and transparent. Stress was taken away and comfort was added.
