Lacking on thorough examination of the vehicle. The heating/cooling fan in our vehicle was making a terrible noise so we took it in for service. It was discovered that a rodent had gotten into the fan and housing, and the unit needed replacement. All that was fine with regards to the dealership and service department to that point.. The next day I decided to have a look at the the engine compartment to see if I could tell where it may have gotten in. There was rodent crap everywhere, so I started looking over the wiring and ... read more

1000k complimentary service on New vehicle Called to get a quote on something they did not offer, no problem. They recommended me another shop. Awesome, the front desk at the service department mentioned i was due for a 1000k check up after purchasing new car, bring your car in for a complimentary car wash and vaccuum. Book the appointment for my day off. Front desk was very nice and polite, called me back 35 minutes later, car was ready to be picked up. Quick service. Washed the car, DID NOT vaccuum the car, after telling m... read more

Always trying to find something to charge me with Service dept staff always friendly, but they always try and sell me things I do not need. Example: I had an oil change done the other day and they said I NEEDED my drive belt changed. When I asked why, they said it was "glazed and damaged" I said I would have a second opinion done and that opinion of my mechanic friend said no, it was not damaged or glazed. (And physically showed me).

Worst Dealership to go for a Nissan Car in BC , King george and Morrey has much more straight forward and friendly Approach. This dealership would promise you to bring the car you wanted , Then they would take deposit from you to book the car and later when you get approved would tell you that they dont have the car anymore. They would make your expectations sky high and drop you down on the day it matters. They also insisted me to pay extra cost to bring the car from a different province but they would never manage that as ... read more

Recently I responded to a Nissan Upgrade event at my local West Coast Nissan Dealer in Pitt Meadows, BC, Canada. This ended up with a very good deal for us and I decided to write this article to say “Thank you” to the people who made it possible. The letter from Nissan mentioned that Nissan is in need for some car models and our Nissan Altima 2004 was included in this list. They offered a better market value for your existing vehicle and $1500 off on top of that for the car upgrade. I signed up at nissanupgrade.ca website an... read more

If there ever was the epitome of slimy car salesmen this is where you will find them. We had the car the colours and the model all chosen before going there. 2 other dealers told us there were no more available in Canada. West Coast said they could do the impossible and acquire one for me. Daniel guaranteed it, we put a deposit down (based on locating one). Next day Daniel calls to says its not available unless in different colours and trims. Exactly what we didn't want. I said no problem, I'll come pick up my deposit cheque... read more

went to trade in 2x 2009 vehicles towards a 2006 x-trail. Firstly the X-trail was not advertised as out of province...all 4 on the lot were. Second, we'd done our research and told them the numbers we expected upfront and we'd been elsewhere and pretty much had them confirmed with other dealers... They weren't off by 1 or 2 thousand...they lowballed by almost $11k ...add to that the fact the vehicle we were reviewing with them was priced $10k above the current market value for a BC owned and driven x-trail... I wouldn't even... read more
