Excellent! I recently purchased a 2016 Nissan Maxima, and I am absolutely in love with this car. It it luxurious but also very fast. My salesman was Thomas Byrne and he was a pleasure to work with. Best vehicle service experience in 38 years! We bought our 2005 X-Trail at West Coast Nissan and have had it serviced there regularly ever since. Recently we had a recall service done and noticed a loud rattle had developed in the repaired area. Unfortunately we were in the middle of moving from the coast to the interior and couldn't deal with it at the time. Took my car to a charger in Maple Ridge and it started beating/flashing. Wouldn’t take the charge. Online said it may be my charging port is compromised. No other public chargers were available. I called Nissan and asked if I could use their charger to test the car. They said, ‘No, our charger isn’t public.’. I said, my car is a Nissan and might be having an issue. Hurtful and disrespectful service department I purchased a 2019 Leaf Plus in October. It took eight months to get this vehicle. My salesman was Sam Karmali. Sam was fantastic. I would recommend him anytime. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased at West Coast Nissan. My problem is this: I had a warranty issue with the passenger seat. Unethical dealings I recently bought a 2008 Nissan Rogue. The salesperson was great! However, the manager withheld information on repairs that were needed on the vehicle and did not list these repairs on the paperwork - I received. I did not know at the time of purchase there was full awareness that the actuator would need to be replaced. It was deliberate not to disclose that information. An 8:30 am appointment is a lie my appointment online for oil change and was told it would 1.5 hours. 2 hours and 15 minutes later was told another 1/2 hour. If l was told the truth at the start l would have asked for a ride home insteas of wasting my entire morning in the service shop waiting area. You suck
