Awful Experience, Caution to Future Car Buyers I bought a car from the dealership and shortly after doing so the car periodically stopped turning on. I brought it in and the dealer said nothing was wrong and that I should buy a separate charger in case this happened again. That was their solution for a $50,000 under warranty car. Don't bother if you own a hybrid Brought my hybrid vehicle in twice for service, several other times for oil changes and winter/summer tire change. There was something loose and rattling on the interior, something just needed to be tightened, but I couldn't figure it out, the advice from Vandermeer: turn the volume up on the radio. HAD TO PUT OUT EXTRA MONEY TO SOLVE TIRE VIBRATION ISSUE The vehicle was sold to me with newer looking tires that caused a shake. I returned to the dealership to have the tires balanced, but the shake got worse. The dealer put on a loaner set of wheels/ tires, but the shake was still there. They then suggested that the truck needed a brand new set of Michelin tires. They suggested that we should split on the cost. 31-Aug-2011 I found a car on Auto Trader that complied 31-Aug-2011 I found a car on Auto Trader that complied with my criteria at this dealership two weeks ago. I called them the same day and asked if the car is still there. A salesman Brian confirmed that the car is still there.
