Run around. Recommend to go elsewhere. Run around from beginning to end. Responded to online ad and vehicle was mysteriously 'not there'. Sales person took me around to other similar yet more expensive vehicles. When pressed regarding the advertised vehicle, questions were avoided without clear answers. I left without purchasing a vehicle. booking woman I have never dealt with such an frustrating person in my life. I booked an appt with Karen this week and it was the most painful experience I've ever had with booking an appt before. Sales manager is a SNAKE. From the 1st word out of this guys mouth, I should have walked away. But, I figured I had already wasted 2 hours playing their sales games. Rude service and unfair salesman I tried to buy a used auto financing 0% but Mr Tony wanted to deceive me and tried to push me a lease agreement which was very unfavorable for me. Be careful what subscribe and do not trust sellers in that place. Do not believe their marketing fairy tales for instance, "This is a good offer for you and the family" ....
Dealer installed aftermarket breaks All my work has been done by UJT. Now the mechanic claims the breaks are aftermarket and have to be replaced. No explanation has been given for the non Toyota parts installed on my van by Upper James Toyota and I found out my breaks are in good shape after checking with another shop when the service dep. wanted $1100.00 to fix them
Went in for my check engine light as I just bought the car (Toyota Camry 2002) and I need to pass my emission test… Mentioned to the lady that I don’t want to spend too much on it as I could get a conditional pass, as long as I proof that it cost too much to be fixed, and it seems that we had a mutual understanding.
