I was grateful for Enna’s help on a day that I was very unwell. Plans changed and I dropped the vehicle off early and headed to Urgent Care. I had spotty cell service while there and Enna used text to connect when I was unable to take calls. I appreciated the shuttle service driver was willing to pick me up from urgent care but was so delayed during assessment that it was faster to use a taxi to make it back before close.. Much appreciated service…. with thanks.

Sylvia Donovan helped me to purchase my Toyota Rav 4 end March 2023. I had to buy my previously leased Rav 4 and then buy a lease the new 2024 Rav 4. She helped and guided me through the required procedures and had answers to all my questions. She promptly informed me when my new car arrived and we set an appointment to finalize the deal. She was knowledgeable and very helpful and it well smoothly. I thanked her and told her that she was a good person and good employee for Toyota town.
Service here is very convenient with fast checkin, comfortable waiting room, and shuttle service if needed.
