Have had the pleasure of working with Sylvia for close to twenty years. She always delivers an exceptional customer experience. During my recent business transaction I was introduced to Michael, who was very knowledgeable and excellent to deal with. The after sales service is second to none.
Over the past 4 years, Toyota Town has been nothing less than a terrific experience. The last two visits have been handled by Enna, who is very clear and positive in her communications and generally supportive and professional as an employee.
We have dealt with ToyotaTown for well over 20 years for new vehicles and regular maintenance. Top notch staff in all departments. Can't say enough about them! We highly recommend this dealership.
I have been a customer of Toyota-Town for over 25 years. I have bought and serviced all my Toyotas from them. Their service department is excellent...the service department is what brings me back. They are professional, friendly and explain everything....willing to answer my hundred questions! For the past few times, I have dealt with Dennis Dabous. Dennis is friendly, loves to joke and goes above and beyond his job. If there's a discount, he'll find it! It is a true pleasure dealing with him.
Garage experiences can be quite overwhelming. Jason and the staff at Toyota Town make the experience like going home to Mom and Dad's. Everyone is very friendly and they take amazing care of my Rav4. Shawn and Rita were great to deal with. Both very knowledgeable and helpful. Shawn kept us updated frequently with emails letting us know the status of our car without us having to reach out first. Daniel was super knowledgeable showing us the “ins and outs” of our new car.
Keep you informed of what is happening with your vehicle. Explain everything. Polite and professional.
Service was fast and staff were great as always. No trying to overcharge for unnecessary “fixes”.
