Service 9/24/2019 Helena was excellent about explaining the service required and the costs involved. She also explained the discounts that were applicable including free tire repair. Helena was a good example of customer service.
Excellent service! Suzanne was super helpful and patient with me as a first time new car buyer. I had gone to other dealerships and experienced pushy sales people who only seemed to care about a quick sale. Suzanne took her time with me, was prompt in answering any questions I had and I couldn't recommend her more! Thank you!
Great! We went into ToyotaTown to test drive a Rav4. Shawn was very friendly and made the whole process very easy! Right from when we walked in Shawn made us comfortable and answered all the questions we had. Once we decided on our purchase Shawn worked with us to make sure everything was what we needed. It was a great experience overall and we highly recommend working with Shawn!

Last minute appointment Car died on the side of the road, had CAA tow it to ToyotaTown & they fit me in the same day. Always very open about pricing before doing any work required. Makes bringing in my car very easy.

Helpful and Knowledgeable Had a good experience buying our new Rav 4, Suzanne was Knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at and tried to make the process as smooth as possible. She tried to see what our needs were and reccomend accordingly, she wasn't pushy and didn't make it feel rushed and all about the sale. Would definitely reccomend her :)
Great customer service Customer service was great from everyone I encountered. They took the time to listen to what I was looking for. Shawn was super friendly and not pushy. Test drove an Avalon a week before purchasing the Venza and they did a great follow up with me to see how I felt about the car, but never seemed pushy about it.
