Toyotatown service department very thorough dropped my rav4 off night before and Todd called me in morning to make sure I wanted everything done even tho something’s were not due for service yet

I came to Toyotatown for a recall. I was looked after by Firis. He was very helpful and polite. He explained to me a few overdue services that should be done to maintain my vehicle and also offered me a 55 point inspection at a discounted rate. At the end of the day he went through every detail of the inspection. I was very impressed by his customer service and I highly recommend him and ToyotaTown!
