Nigel was great to deal with. I purchased a used Toyota that was serviced by Nigel and his team a week prior. Even though I was the new owner, Nigel honored the previous work order and didn't charge me for the issue. As well, he was great providing a reduced quote that I requested where only certain items were completed. Check-in, inspection were fast and they even washed my truck before I left the dealership!
