It was just a walk in to find what suits for me and I was greeted by a Young Gentleman Jackson who made sure that my requirements were understood and suggested the best car that could meet my needs. Also his manager Raymon, was exceptionally supportive in arriving at right numbers and other services.
I have always been impressed with the service at Toyota on the Trail. The service advisors communicate clearly and honestly with me about any maintenance my vehicle may need, and they advise me of things to keep an eye on. All my interactions with the service department have gone smoothly and the work is always done quickly at reasonable prices. It was easy to create a trustworthy working relationship with Ty who sold us the car. He was informative, honest, and helped us make sure we were making the right choice.
