Always fabulous service! I like getting the video of the inspection on my car that service sends.
Everything ok but when I picked my car , it was dirty after washed . I don’t expect this type of service . Sorry to say I am not happy .
I got flat on my tire which was not fixable so they change it under coverage very fast
From sales to service they are all good, fast and reliable, the building is always clean from the showroom to the waiting area and also they proviide coffee and some goodies for the customer.
They greet you right away and look after you with all you need. Polite and understanding then provide you with a video of their service so you see what’s done. Thanks

Overall the work done on my truck was good but here’s how my experience went. The receptionist was on her phone and didn’t look up or acknowledge me when I arrived to drop off my keys so after a minute I just left and put my keys in the lock box. My truck is on warranty and when they called and said I need a cabin air filter but didn’t say that would be an extra charge. So when I picked it up I had to pay $60 for a cabin air filter which felt slimy.
Sandeep and the staff at Toyota on the Trail were awesome, friendly and always looking after my needs as a Toyota owner.
