Got my car service done today. Had a wonderful experience, great customer service by Herman and receptionist Brittany.
Had winter tires on rims removed and replaced with my summer tires on rims. Had made appointment. Second time in a row there was a problem with my appointment schedule. They couldn’t find my appointment because VIN number was not entered on their system. Service advisor entered my VIN so hopefully I will not have this problem with my next appointment. Service advisor very nice and tire swap went well other than the appointment problem.
Polite employees and service seems appropriate ; however, Communication systems suck. Not very reliable or trustworthy. Big gaps.
This dealership has good customer service, very helpful and customer oriented service. Honest and prudent in giving suggestions.
I continue to experience great service at this location. They keep me informed and are always pleasant to deal with.

I've been taking my car here for 7 years. So always Good communicating, great work, lately the time estimates for work are a little off. Not putting me off though.
Aways gives feedback and demonstrates with video the car inspection . Asks customer to approve work to be done
