I made an online appointment to meet Sina at the Toyota dealership and told him that I'd decided to buy good pre-owned Lexus with low mileage. He took me to the Lexus dealership next door and showed me several pre-owned cars. After test driving one of the cars I told Sina that I was still looking around. Second car from Javier. My neice loves her Yaris from The Park that Javier found for her. So I talked to him about a reliable car that will be a city car and doesn't need to go on long trips. Javier had about 5 cars to test and the best was a 6 year old Matrix that is perfect for me. Thank you, all is well!
I highly recommend Andrew and the Toyota on the Park team - since there is plenty of choice when buying a pre-owned RAV4, I was shopping for excellent customer service and found it here! They were well organized for my test drive appointment and for the pick up of my vehicle; I am also very happy with the quality and price of my RAV4 (2017, AWD)!
Experience was overall good. Salesperson (Sina) was super friendly and knowledgeable and always answered calls and returned missed calls. Happy with my purchase and the experience.
